Topic e-books provide comprehensive information on each focus area. Program participants can review the e-books at any time and can re-read the material as many times as necessary. The e-books are accessible across all devices.

Supporting videos

Coaching programs are supported with on-demand video content to enrich the participant experience and demonstrate key core concepts. Delivering content in video as well as written format accommodates all learning styles and promotes engagement. Program participants can view the videos at their own pace and on their own devices.

Question and answer evaluation (optional)

A short question-and-answer evaluation can be conducted to show a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the tasks required in the role of a recruiter. This assessment is in the form of short-answer open-ended questions. The questions assess the basic knowledge and understanding of a topic before more in-depth assessment.
